OUR POLICY

We are ready to welcome you all to ANA ANAN Resort & Villas Pattaya by taking all necessary steps to ensure the highest standard of Health and Safety regulations under the new normal period. We are also proud to be SHA certified- a mark of quality certification by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Our ultimate goal is to see you all SMILE and to protect your health and safety, both to our guests and our staff. Lastly, we would like to thank you in advance for your patience and your kind understandings.

Please kindly see the stay requirement

1. Vaccination: 2 doses of Sinovac/ Sinopharm or 1 Astrazenaca at least 14 days before travelling, and a vaccination certificate must be presented upon check-in.
2. In case of non-vaccination: ATK Test document from the hospital or clinic within 72 hours before Travelling.
3. The guests must strictly follow SHA rules and regulation. During the stay period, if guests do not follow SHA rules and regulation, we reserve the rights to terminate the entire stay without refundable.

Our resort policy is including, but are not limited to

1. ATK checked for COVID-19 every two weeks among our staff
   
2. Body temperature screened on a daily basis
3. SHA rules and regulations strictly followed
4. Online check-in and check-out via Line official @Anaanan, applied to reduce the queue and remain social distancing
5. Protective shields placed at main contact areas
6. High touch surfaces in public areas frequently disinfected with high standard of chemical that is effective against virus corona
7. High standard of disinfectants chemical which is effective against virus corona, and UV-C lamp regular used in all guest rooms
8. Personal protective equipment i.e. sanitizer, face mask, gloves and face shield used among staff
9. Social distancing measures in all public areas, including restaurants implemented and strictly followed
10. Individually wrapped food available through in room dining
11. Limited number of guests for using public areas like restaurants and swimming pool. Please book in advance
